Types of Training and Levels of Study
Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree (Bac+2/3): Programs such as the BTS (Advanced Vocational Diploma) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science and Networks, and Electronics (CIEL) offered as apprenticeships, or professional Bachelor’s degrees (for example, the Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation – Embedded Systems track) provide a foundation in the field.
Master’s Degree (Bac+5) and above: For engineering or expert positions, an engineering degree or a professional Master’s degree specializing in embedded systems is generally required. Institutions such as Télécom Paris, INSA Lyon, ENSTA Bretagne, ESIEE Paris, and CESI offer engineering programs, including apprenticeship options.
